How To Use?

Pocket diapers are a complete cloth diapering system.

The waterproof outer material is sewn to an "stay dry" inner; together those two layers form a pocket that is stuffed with the third layer, an absorbent diaper insert. The diaper insert is washable and reusable as well. It will capture all the liquids and the stay dry effect of the inner layer will leave the baby's skin dry to the touch and therefore, rash free.

Our Pocket Cloth Diapers can be adjusted to three different sizes. They grow with your baby, offering the possibility of sizing the diaper as you wish by using the snaps. Suits babies from 8 lbs and up, until they are completely potty trained, which is normally around 35 - 40 lbs.

Adjusting the pocket cloth diaper to fit the size of your baby is very easy and it goes as explained below.

To adjust your pocket cloth diaper around the waist, you will need to do it by clipping the following buttons:

When the pocket cloth diaper is unfolded you will see that there are various snaps around the top that are the ones that you will use to adjust the waist of your baby once the diaper is on.

The pocket cloth diaper as you see it comes in a Large size, but you can make it smaller if you want to better suit your baby. There are three sizes: Small, Medium and Large.

The way you will go about to make the diaper smaller is by using the three lower rows of clips.

The three rows that you will just to adjust the length of the diaper are the following ones:

The way to use this rows to make the diaper go from size Large to Medium is by clipping the row #2 to the row #1.

The length of the diaper will be shortened. This works very well for babies that are around one year old. The process of this is as follows next:

To make the diaper go from size Large to Small, you will use the exact same process. The only thing is that you will clip the bottom row, row #3 to row #1.

Tip: If your baby is new-born or very small, you’ll want to snap the diaper down all the way in the front to make the length as short as possible. Most likely, baby will use the middle snap-down setting for the longest period of time.
